Beth Or Ha-Olam is a work in progress looking to establish a Messianic Congregation in the Russian community and to provide a place to minister to both the personal and spiritual needs of this community. We further endeavor to equip new believers to reach their own people with the, Good News. The need for this ministry arose as a result of the influx of Russian Jewish Immigrants entering the United States. Many of these Russian Jewish immigrants are settling in Northeast Philadelphia, PA in the Rhawnhurst section. We estimate that approximately 70,000 Russian Jewish people have arrived thus far!
Our Present Objectives Are: To expand our present outreach and maintain our existing testimony in the community as we prepare to lay the foundation for a Messianic Congregation among the Russian Jewish people. Provide an opportunity for the Russian people to prepare for their new life in the United States through ESL and Citizenship classes and in any other way that we can.

Volunteers, Internships: Currently we have students from Philadelphia College of the Bible working with us. We welcome anyone with a desire to reach out to the Jewish people in our community or who feel called to Jewish missions to contact us. A working knowledge of Russian would be very helpful.
We also need someone who might be willing to volunteer a large meeting room for our Friday evening Shabbat Services which are held from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m. every Friday evening. We would need a room that will also partition into smaller rooms in which we could hold our Tuesday night English classes (we have 6 classes) from 6 p.m.- 7:15 p.m. and our Bible study conversation class which immediately follows from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Hopefully this room would be a neutral non - threatening type building (i.e. storefront, fellowship hall, gym, etc) and it would be located in Northeast Philadelphia near Bustleton and Rhawn Street. We would also be most greatful for help from any organization such as the Rotary. Thank you for your kind attention and consideration of our needs.

We are a home for 12 beautiful handicapped children. Though the world calls them handicapped, we have found this often to be more of a tool our God has given them. These children have been able to touch hearts and administer to people in ways we never could have. Even when the LORD calls one home, they've been able to heal the hurting & speak to the unsaved in miraculous ways with the true love of our Lord Yeshua.
